Each Workshop Occupies Its Own Room
Mantelkin's three workshop formats address different aspects of household communication and records. Each is self-contained — you can take one, two, or all three in whatever order makes sense for your household.
Back to HomeHow Every Mantelkin Workshop Is Built
Every format at Mantelkin follows the same underlying principle: the educator provides structure and prompts, and the participant does the work. Nothing is produced on the participant's behalf; everything generated in a session is generated by the participant themselves, using the framework the session provides.
This means the outputs — a household map, a reference guide, a coordination handbook — are genuinely the participant's own. They are not a deliverable from Mantelkin; they are a product of the participant's own knowledge, organised by the session.
Structure without prescription
Sessions use prompts and frameworks, not directives. Participants decide what goes on the map and how the records are arranged.
No personal document handling
Participants are never asked to bring their actual documents. Group workshops use sample materials only.
Materials that remain useful
Every format includes printed take-home materials — templates, guides, or handbooks — designed for ongoing use at home.
Clear educational boundary
When a session topic requires a qualified specialist, that is stated directly. Workshops do not attempt to substitute for professional advice.
Family Map Session
฿7,200 · One appointmentA short, calm appointment in which the educator helps a participant draw a personal household map: who lives where, what records belong to whom, and which family members would benefit from knowing what. The educator provides structure and prompts only; the resulting map is the participant's own. Participants leave with a printed copy and a blank template they can update at home.
The session is organisational and educational, not advisory, and does not include any handling of work that needs a qualified specialist.
What is included
- One-to-one appointment with an educator
- Guided household mapping exercise
- Printed copy of the completed map
- Blank map template for future updates
- Notes on next steps and specialist referral guidance if needed
How it works
- 1You describe your household structure in broad terms. The educator listens and asks clarifying prompts.
- 2Together, you work through the map template — household members, records categories, and who-knows-what.
- 3The completed map is printed before you leave, along with a blank template and any referral notes.
Best suited for
Adults who want a clearer picture of their household structure but are not sure where to start. Also useful for households that have recently changed — through marriage, bereavement, or a family member moving in or out.

Household Reading Workshop
฿19,200 · Two sessionsA two-session workshop in which a small group is walked through the kinds of papers a household typically encounters, how to read them carefully, what kind of follow-up they typically call for, and which kinds of papers most often warrant the involvement of a qualified specialist.
The workshop uses sample documents with personal data removed and never analyses a participant's actual paper on the spot. Materials and a reference guide are included for take-home use.
What is included
- Two small-group sessions (4–8 participants)
- Sample document library — property, registration, insurance, and administrative papers
- Guided reading and annotation exercises
- Printed reference guide for take-home use
- Session notes summarising key categories discussed
How it works
- 1Session one: Introduction to document categories. The group works through sample papers for each type.
- 2Session two: Reading for follow-up. Participants learn how to identify what each document typically requires next.
- 3Reference guide and notes distributed at the end of session two for continued use at home.
Best suited for
Adults who feel uncertain when household papers arrive and are not sure which ones require attention, which can be filed, and which need a specialist. Also useful for adults managing papers on behalf of a parent or older relative.
Enquire About This WorkshopHousehold Coordination Program
฿31,000 · Six weeksA guided six-week program for adults who would like to bring household coordination into a calmer, more structured shape: shared records, meeting rhythm, contact list, and a small printed handbook for family members. The educator hosts weekly review sessions and provides materials throughout.
The program is strictly educational and organisational. It does not include mediation between family members, advice on family matters, or any handling of work that calls for a qualified specialist.
What is included
- Six weekly one-to-one review sessions
- Household records structure template
- Meeting rhythm framework and calendar guidance
- Household contact list template
- Printed family handbook, personalised to your household structure
- All materials and session notes throughout
How it works
- 1Weeks 1–2: Household mapping and records audit — understanding what exists and where.
- 2Weeks 3–4: Coordination structure — shared records framework, meeting rhythm, and contact list.
- 3Weeks 5–6: Handbook compilation and review — building the printed document and confirming referral needs.
Best suited for
Households where more than one adult manages shared responsibilities, or where records have accumulated without a shared system. Also useful after major household events — a new household member, a bereavement, or a significant asset change.

What Every Session Has in Common
Privacy by Default
Information shared in sessions stays within the session. No participant details are discussed externally or retained after the program ends.
Scope Discipline
Educators are trained to stay within educational scope. Legal, financial, or administrative advice is outside that scope and is always redirected to appropriate specialists.
Up-to-Date Materials
All sample documents and templates are reviewed annually. Materials reflect current document formats used in Thailand.
Educator Continuity
The same educator stays with a participant from enquiry through to final session. No internal handoffs or repeat introductions.
Post-Session Feedback
All participants are invited to submit feedback. Results are reviewed quarterly by the lead team and inform format development.
Referral Guidance Included
When topics arise that call for a specialist, educators provide clear referral guidance. We maintain a current list of qualified contacts across legal, financial, and administrative fields.
Transparent Costs, No Add-Ons
All materials are included in the stated price. There are no session add-ons, no follow-up charges, and no upselling.
